Problem
The franchise wanted online ordering to feel as personal as ordering at the counter, and every order had to reach its logistics system without friction.

Make the product the interface: customers see their dish being built as they choose each ingredient.

Solution
A mobile e-commerce app built around a product configurator with complex, fluid animations, plus payments, delivery geolocation, live support chat and a direct connection to TLE, the franchise’s driver app.
