A real estate deal in Canada involves three parties with different needs: buyers, sellers and intermediaries. Their work usually lives across calls, emails and separate tools.

I modeled the platform around roles. Each profile gets its own workflows, but all of them share one data model and one secure conversation layer.

A cross-platform marketplace app that covers the full transaction lifecycle: role-specific flows for buyers, sellers and intermediaries, secure real-time chat, a search engine with robust filters, and map-based property exploration, on an architecture built to handle thousands of internal configurations.

One cohesive app replaces a patchwork of tools, and every party works from the same listings and conversations.
